I didn't use everything that came in the kit so I'll have a few extras to work on some other project.
Next I made an Altered Pin Cushion Perfume Bottle with a couple of hat pins. It turned out so pretty.
Next came a whimsical little basket filled with a Peter Rabbit Snippet Roll. Both the Perfume Bottle and this kit were purchase from Annie's facebook group page, MsGardenggrove1 Inspire Kit Club. It was so much fun to alter the snippet roll, the little rabbit and the basket. Peter Rabbit stories are such classic tales, I remember reading them for both my boys when they were little.
I made this as a belated Easter gift for my granddaughter, who absolutely loved it!
Last but not least, using another spectacular kit from Doreen at Ooh La La Vintage Treasures I worked on this beautiful Vintage Paper Bag Book. I have a weakness for mini albums and this one is one of my absolute favourites that I've ever worked on.
I always enjoy working with vintage and antique laces on my projects and this one was right up my alley. Once again I had plenty of supplies left over to work on other projects, so definitely worth my money.
Working with kits are just so perfect for me at the moment. Since I had back surgery I can't get into my craft studio to root around for all the supplies I'd need, whereas with a kit, the challenge is to use everything contained within. I love working that way, it sometimes takes me out of my comfort zone and keeps my creativity spiked.
